The legendary former world champion in eight weight categories remembered his former rival in the ring.
Manny Pacquiao remembered his former opponent, Miguel Cotto. The legendary former world champion in eight weight categories said that the Puerto Rican gave him the most painful blow of his career.
Pacquiao said some of the punches were so powerful that he can still feel them.
“Who hit me the hardest? Miguel Cotto. I can still feel some of the punches he threw at me. Being against the ropes is not the best option when you’re fighting him. He could also throw very accurate punches . He’s incredible,” Pacquiao was quoted as saying by SecondsOut Boxing News.
Let’s remember that Pacquiao defeated Cotto by technical knockout in 2009 and took the WBO welterweight title from him.
Earlier, George Foreman named the boxer with the hardest punch in boxing history.
