— Manny Pacquiao is timeless. He is a legend. We have great precedents for former champions to come back, provided they pass all the medicals. I really like that idea. He has the opportunity to fight for the WBC title. I think Pacquiao can beat any opponent or at least compete with him,” Suleiman said on Sky Sports.
Pacquiao has 62 wins (39 by KO), eight losses (3 by KO) and two draws in professional boxing. In 2021, he lost to Yordenis Ugas, after which he has not fought professionally. Barrios, 29, has 29 wins (18 by KO) and two losses (1 by KO).
