Athletistic/MMA. Russian fighter and former UFC champion Petr Yan explained why he fights with the Russian flag.
Earlier, Florida Panthers goaltender Sergei Bobrovsky admitted that it was Petr Yan who inspired him to wrap himself in the Russian flag after winning the Stanley Cup.
“This is our homeland. It is very important to me. I hope it can serve as an example to many,” Yan said in an interview with Match TV.
Petr Yan has fought 22 mixed martial arts fights and won 17 of them. The date of his next fight has not yet been determined.
