Athletistic / MMA. Former absolute world boxing champion, American Roy Jones, has spoken about his desire to organize an exhibition fight against legendary Russian MMA fighter Fedor Emelianenko. The Americans dream of organizing this fight on Red Square in Moscow.
“It would be great to have an exhibition fight with Fedor Emelianenko on Red Square. In the past, we could have fought and signed contracts, but the coronavirus ruined those plans. But it can still be done,” Jones was quoted as saying by TASS.
Roy Jones Jr. has fought 76 fights in his career: he has won 66 (47 by KO) and suffered 10 losses. Fedor Emelianenko has 40 wins and seven losses in mixed martial arts. Another of his fights was declared invalid.
Jones is 8 years older than Emelianenko.
