Athletistic/ MMA. American mixed martial arts fighter Anthony Smith shared his expectations of the duel between Chechen-born Swede Khamzat Chimaev and American Nate Diaz.
“In my opinion, Chimaev is a more powerful striker, more technical in a fight and in a fight. Diaz’s only advantages are his stamina and ability to choke. But Nate Diaz can pull pranks and make a fight tough for anyone. I wouldn’t be surprised if Nate turns this fight into a bloody massacre, but, most likely, it will all end in an easy victory for Chimaev,” Sport24 quotes Smith referring to journalist James Lynch.
Khamzat Chimaev is an undefeated fighter. He has 11 wins, 0 draws, 0 losses in professional MMA. Nate Diaz’s mixed martial arts stats are 20 wins, 13 losses, 0 draws. The fight between Chimaev and Diaz will take place as part of the UFC 279 tournament in Las Vegas on September 10.
