Maxim finished the fight early in the fourth round
Ukrainian welterweight boxer Maxim Prodan (23-2-1, 17 KO) defeated the Serb Sladjan Dragisic (5-46-3, 3 KO).
The fight took place as part of an event in Albania. Maksym was supposed to fight Argentinean Alan Velazquez, but his opponent pulled out at the last moment. The Ukrainian’s team urgently found a replacement in the form of a Serbian boxer.
Prodan confidently dealt with his new opponent. The Ukrainian knocked out Dragisic in the fourth round.
Let us recall that 31-year-old Prodan is a former IBF international welterweight champion. In September 2021, Maxim lost his title to Albanian Florian Mark.
Maksym had his previous fight in December 2023 against Argentine Miguel Cesario Antin. The Ukrainian won by unanimous decision on points.
