Usik tops ESPN’s P4P rankings

A powerful sports publication has named the best boxer in the world, regardless of weight category at the moment.

Alexander Usik remains the best boxer in the world, regardless of weight category. This is what the experts of the powerful ESPN portal decided and left the Ukrainian at the head of their P4P rating.

The former absolute champion of the heavy and super heavyweight divisions, and now the holder of the WBC, WBA and WBO super heavyweight titles, confidently occupies the first place.

Second and third place were shared between former absolute world welterweight champion Terence Crawford and Japan’s Naoya Inoue, the absolute world champion at the second lightest weight.

After an early victory over Juan Francisco Estrada, newly crowned WBC super lightweight world champion Jesse Rodriguez moved up to seventh place.

He knocked out lightweight champions Gervonta Davis and Shakur Stevenson. The WBA and WBC title holders lost one position each, respectively.
