The legendary former world champion is not satisfied with the rules of the International Olympic Committee.
Vladimir Klitschko believes that the IOC did not follow its own rules by allowing Russian and Belarusian athletes to the Olympics in Paris.
According to the famous boxer, the leadership of the organization received evidence of the athletes’ support for the aggressor countries for the war in Ukraine, but ignored it.
“These Olympic Games are an Olympic disgrace for having Russian and Belarusian athletes who violate IOC principles. Where is the IOC’s backbone when it comes to upholding their own ‘participation principles’?
They deliberately ignored overwhelming evidence from international human rights lawyers that 10 out of 15 Russian athletes had clearly violated the rules of neutrality and verbally supported the war on terror against Ukraine. There is evidence collected by Global Rights Compliance,” Klitschko wrote.
