And Shamil writes me a menu for a day or a few days, but then every day he sends me a menu, because we cut something, add something, and most importantly, for example, for breakfast, he has several options for what I can eat . If I do not like something, I immediately write to him, he replaces it.

Shamil says directly: “You should enjoy the food. You have a difficult camp, and in addition you will have a difficult weight loss. And if you have eaten and you have not enjoyed it, it is useless. You will become more aggressive, more angry.”

— Hasanali said it was one of the biggest weight cuts of your career.

— Three days before the weigh-in, I weighed 55.5 kg (Dudakov’s category is 52.1 kg — about “”). Hasanali is just an alarmist, we need to be calmer about this. It’s just that we first came to Spain to get treatment, train a little in grappling, learn something new, and I liked everything so much in terms of food that two extra kilos stuck to me in the first week and a half. . Hasanali was very worried, and I understood that as soon as I go on a diet and start training hard, my 3-4 kilos will easily disappear. And then our fitness trainer told me that before I start lifting, I need to weigh 60 kilos. If I don’t weigh 60 kg and start lifting, then the weight will be difficult. We went on a diet eight weeks before the tournament, and six weeks before the fight I was already at my usual weight. Hasanali just has moments when he wants a champion to appear in one day. He is a maximalist and you need to be calmer about it. And don’t listen to anyone.
