Russian UFC fighter Alexander Volkov will have a rematch with former French interim heavyweight champion Cyril Gan, the UFC press service reports.
The fight will take place on October 26 as part of the UFC 308 tournament in Abu Dhabi.
The heavyweights held their first fight in June 2021. Then, the Frenchman won by unanimous decision.
Volkov, 35, has 13 wins and four losses in the UFC. In total, during his professional MMA career, the Russian has won 38 fights and suffered 10 losses. Cyril Gan, 34, has 12 wins and 2 losses. The Frenchman is ranked second in the UFC heavyweight rankings.
UFC light heavyweight number two Magomed Ankalaev (18-1) will face Austrian Alexander Rakic (14-4) at UFC 308 in Abu Dhabi.
