Athletistic/Boxing. Boxer Dmitry Dvali, who was injured in a fight in Feodosia and recently underwent surgery on a damaged eye, reported that his eye, retina, lens and inner membrane were severely damaged.

As reported by RIA Novosti, Dvali, 23, underwent surgery on Tuesday.

“The operation lasted more than four hours and was performed under anesthesia, after which I temporarily fainted. My eye is badly damaged. Everything is destroyed: the retina, the lens and the membrane. That is why the operation was so difficult. It was my first time under anesthesia and now I feel like I am still dreaming. So far, I have not communicated with the doctor after the operation,” Dvali told RIA Novosti.
