South African Dricus Du Plessis defeated the New Zealander Israel Adesanya in the main event of UFC 305 and defended the middleweight championship belt.
The fight, which took place in Perth, Australia, ended with Du Plessis winning by submission in the fourth round.
Du Plessis won the title in January with a split decision over American Sean Strickland.
Du Plessis has 22 wins and two losses in his MMA career, while Adesanya has 24 wins and four losses.
