“If Islam comes into the cage and it turns out he’s really that dominant in the stances, then Charles is going to have a bad night. But I think Charles is too technical. He’ll have an advantage in the standing position. That will be easy to knock him down, but he will win in battle,” Chandler noted.
The fight between Islam Makhachev and Charles Oliveira will take place on October 22 at UFC 280 in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates. On the eve of the fight, Charles Oliveira chained 11 victories in a row. Islam Makhachev’s winning streak has 10 fights.
