Russian promoter Vladimir Khriounov said the boxer Kevin Johnson will buy cows with the profits from his fight with Irishman Sean Turner.
The rematch between Johnson and Turner under boxing rules will take place on August 30 in Cherepovets.
“Kevin Johnson will use all the proceeds from the battle with Turner to buy cows and transfer them to one of the farms in the Vologda region,” the correspondent reports, citing Khryunov’s words.
In February, Johnson and Turner fought under MMA glove boxing rules in Moscow; Johnson won by fourth-round technical knockout.
Johnson is fighting under the Russian flag. The 44-year-old boxer was born in the United States and received a Russian citizenship passport in January.
