The fight will take place in the American city of Orlando.
Tim Tszyu lost a split decision to American Sebastian Fundora in Las Vegas in late March, suffering the first defeat of his career. He failed to defend the World Boxing Association (WBO) world title or win the vacant World Boxing Council (WBC) junior middleweight belt.
Murtazaliev is 31 and has 22 wins in 22 fights. Tim Tszyu, 29, has 24 wins and one loss.
