Hughie Fury believes the former world champion can still make a successful return to the boxing ring.
No one wins in a potential rematch between Anthony Joshua and Daniel Dubois. This is what British boxer Hughie Fury, half-brother of the famous super-heavyweight Tyson Fury, said.
In his opinion, despite the heavy loss in the first match, the former champion is still dangerous and can regain the title.
“This is a super heavyweight division. Of course, Joshua’s loss was a shock. But in this weight, one punch can change everything. I honestly thought that Joshua would win. He will come back, you can’t hit someone who is down. In a rematch, the chances will be 50 to 50, because Anthony can beat Dubois at the end of the fight,” Hughie Fury told SecondsOut Boxing News.
We remind you that Daniel Dubois easily defeated Anthony Joshua, knocking out his opponent in the fifth round, having previously knocked him down three times.
Earlier in Saudi Arabia they announced Joshua’s imminent return to the ring.
