Junto Nakatani still does not know the bitterness of defeat in the professional ring
Champion WBC bantamweight Junto Nakatani (29-0, 22 KO) defeated the representative of Thailand Petch Sorom Chitpattanoy (76-2, 53 KO).
Starting from the third round, Nakatani systematically increased the pace and pressure on his opponent. In the middle of the sixth round, Yunto shook Chitpattana with a left hand, after which he carried out another series of excellent attacks. Cittapana found himself on the canvas and the referee recorded Nakatani’s victory a second before the end of the sixth round.
For Yunto Nakatani, this is the second successful defense of the WBC championship title – in July, the Japanese defeated the Filipino Vincent Astrolabio. The fight itself lasted only 2 minutes and 37 seconds – Yunto knocked out his opponent in the first round.
Junto Nakatani continues to remain undefeated in the professional ring. The Japanese ranks ninth in the September ranking of the best boxers in the world, regardless of weight category, according to the authoritative magazine The Ring.
