Russian Mixed Martial Artist (MMA) Sharabutdin Magomedov known by the nickname Shara Bullet, said he would like to meet Alexander Shlemenko .
On Saturday, 28-year-old Magomedov knocked out compatriot Sergei Martynov in the third round at the RCC Intro 22 tournament in Yekaterinburg.
– If the organizers are interested, then the fight will be. It all depends on Alexander Shlemenko. He is a legend and a martial arts veteran. Maybe he’s not on top, but I’m on top. Young and ambitious. And many will say it’s sunset, and I’m at the top, and that’s not fair. But I’ve seen fights where Shlemenko got written off, and he came out and showed such colorful fights. Somewhere in my career there were times when I started rooting for him, because he showed character, willpower, spirit and won tough fights. And now the time has come where I’m young and I can fight him with someone I was rooting for and worried about. It all depends on Alexander if he agrees to fight with me. And if he doesn’t agree, then he has to admit that I’m number one,” the organization’s press service quoted Magomedov as saying.
Shary Bullet has 11 MMA wins, Shlemenko won 61 fights with 13 losses, one of his fights was declared invalid.
