Derek is confident that Fury will return to the ring
heavyweight Derek Chisora (33-12, 23 KOs) sharply commented on the unexpected end of his WBC world champion career Tyson Fury (32-0-1, 23 KOs).
“Tyson Fury has bipolar disorder. Then he fights, then he ends his career. One moment he wants a billion dollars to return, and the next minute he will fight for free. Then he is visited by the thought of giving a huge amount to charity, but we have never heard that he donated money somewhere.
“This is Tyson. We’re all just tired of this shit, that’s all. I think he will fight Deontay Wilder again. That’s what will happen.”
Yesterday, Tyson Fury thanked everyone who was with him throughout his professional career as a boxer and announced the termination of performances in the ring.
Fury has previously announced his retirement from professional football following a convincing win over Dillian Whyte in April. At the same time, the Briton has not yet vacated the WBC championship belt.
Fury’s representatives were reportedly in talks with Derek Chisora to hold another face-to-face confrontation in December 2022. Tyson personally demanded that Derek agree to a duel.
Fury also intended to wait for a rematch between Alexander Usik and Anthony Joshua, after which Tyson planned to fight the winner of the confrontation.
Wilder, in turn, plans to return to the ring after two defeats from Tyson Fury: in 2020, the American lost the WBC championship belt to his opponent, and last fall failed to return him in a rematch.
