The British boxer’s opponent remains unknown
Former heavyweight title contender, British boxer Hughie Fury (29-3, 16 KOs) will fight his next fight on December 7 in Sheffield.
Hughie Fury’s opponent remains unknown at this time. The Briton will perform as part of the show A Storm Is Coming from Issrar Asif (GBM Sports), the main event of which will be a fight for the IBF and WBO European super featherweight titles. Belt holder Briton Danny Quartermain (12-0, 4 KOs) will face compatriot Jack Bateson (20-1, 6 KOs).
Hughie Fury, who is Tyson Fury’s cousin, fought his last fight on September 28 – in Sheffield he defeated German boxer Christian Thun by unanimous decision.
It was previously reported that Fury considered this fight as an element of preparation for a more status fight. The Briton has already won two victories in 2024: in April he defeated the Ukrainian Konstantin Dovbyshchenko on points, and three weeks later he knocked out the German Patrick Korte.
