Russian MMA fighter Vyacheslav Datsik was defeated by an American Jason Gavern in the main fight of the REN TV Fight Club tournament, which took place in Moscow at the Dynamo arena.
The fight lasted four full rounds, after which the judges unanimously ruled that Gavern had won. Also on the main card of the tournament, Russian Artem Rofal defeated Iranian Ali Heibati by decision, and Timur Musaev knocked out Andrey Chebotarev in the second round. Both fighters represent Russia.
This is Datsik’s second fight of 2024, and both ended in defeats on points. In May, the 44-year-old fighter lost to Irishman Sean Turner by split decision.
