UFC heavyweight champion, American Jon Jones commented on the updated UFC notes. In the absolute section (excluding categories) he only takes second place, behind the first number Alex Pereira from Brazil and the absolute champion Islam Makhachev From Russia.
“At 37 years old, I am ranked second in the ranking of the best fighters in all weight categories, and I am happy with it,” Jones wrote on social networks.
On November 17 in New York at UFC 309, Jones defended his heavyweight title, spectacularly knocking out Stipe Miocic with a roundhouse kick.
After that, the head of the UFC Dana Why ta proclaimed Jones the greatest fighter in history and expressed outrage that the first place in the absolute ranking belongs to someone else.
