The champion’s representative responded to his client’s challenge to a boxing blogger.
Frank Warren, the promoter of IBF heavyweight title holder Daniel Dubois, has weighed in on the possibility of a fight with Jake Paul after his protégé invited the boxing blogger to meet him in the ring.
The representative of the British boxer excluded such a possibility, since the YouTuber is not included in the ratings of the organization, and his client is the current champion.
“That’s not going to happen. Dubois is the IBF champion. Jake is not and will not be ranked by the IBF.
He hasn’t fought anyone in the top ten, so that will never happen,” said Warren as quoted by talkSPORT.
It will be remembered that Daniel Dubois challenged Jake Paul to a match after his victory over Mike Tyson.
