Former UFC lightweight champion, Russian Khabib Nurmagomedov said he supports initiative to raise money for sexual assault victim’s legal costs by former Irish champion Conor McGregor.
Previously, an Irish court found McGregor guilty of sexual assault and ordered the victim to pay compensation amounting to around 250,000 euros.
– Good job, guys. “I fully support you, this guy deserves to be punished,” Nurmagomedov wrote on a social network, commenting on a post about fundraising.
In October 2018, Nurmagomedov defeated McGregor to defend the UFC lightweight belt.
