The boxer gives more chances to Anthony at the beginning of the fight and Alexander – in the end
Ukrainian boxer Vladislav Sirenko expect aggressive boxing in the second fight between WBA, WBO and IBF champion Oleksandr Usyk and former world champion Anthony Joshua. According to the heavyweight, one of the opponents will definitely be on the platform.
“The first half will be difficult for Usyk. I think Anthony will be as aggressive as possible in the first half when he’s fresh and strong. In the second half of his 100% will not be enough.
“I think in the case of Joshua… He has a really hard time in the second half of the fight. I think he will try to do everything in the first half, and only the second … If Usyk survives and Joshua is a walking bag, everything can end even ahead of schedule for the Briton. I guess so.”
“In the second half, Alexander will have more chances to knock out the opponent, and if the first half, then Joshua should have more opportunities. I have a feeling that there should be some knockdowns or even a knockout in this fight. I’m sure someone will definitely be knocked down.”
Earlier, Usyk said that the upcoming rematch with Joshua will not be an easy task for him, despite the fact that the Ukrainian will enter the ring as a champion.
Oleksandr also explained that he bought the rights to broadcast the fight in Ukraine so that Ukrainians could watch the fight for free and spend the saved money on supporting the army.
The second fight between Usyk and Joshua will take place on August 20 in Saudi Arabia.
In Ukraine, the rematch between Usyk and Joshua will be broadcast by the MEGOGO media service and the 2+2 TV channel. Oleksandr personally purchased the rights to broadcast his fight with AJ in order to transfer them to Ukrainian broadcasters for free.
Last fall, Usyk defeated Joshua by unanimous decision to become world heavyweight champion for the first time.
