Lewis, who retired in 2003, was the last undisputed world champion.

“Hey Fury and Usyk! Can we finally give the fans an undisputed world champion? 19 years is a long time. The fans deserve it! Let’s do this fight now!” Lewis, 56, wrote on Twitter.

Usyk previously beat Anthony Joshua (26-3) by split decision (116:112, 115:113, 113:115) in Jeddah (Saudi Arabia).

Fury knocked out Dillian Whyte (28-3) in the sixth round of the last fight. It happened on April 24.
