Athletistic/ Boxing. WBC world heavyweight champion Tyson Fury posted a video message on one of the social networks, in which he announced the deadline in which he expects a concrete proposal for a unification fight with Ukrainian heavyweight Oleksandr Usyk.
“Hello to anyone who wants to put on a fight. I’m giving you seven days, until September 1st, for you to come with the money. Otherwise, thank you very much, that was great, I’m retired. All the Proposals must be sent in writing to my lawyer. Let the games begin!” said Fury.
On August 20, 2022, Oleksandr Usyk defeated Britain’s Anthony Joshua by split decision, defending the WBA Super, WBO, IBF and IBO heavyweight titles, as well as winning the vacant The Ring Championship belt.
Tyson Fury fought his last fight on April 23, 2022 with Britain’s Dillian Whyte, whom he defeated by technical knockout in the sixth round. Fury and Usyk remain undefeated boxers: Tyson has 32 wins and 1 draw, Oleksandr Usyk has won all 20 professional fights in which he has taken part.
