Joshua wants to return to the ring at the end of the year

The British do not care who will become his rival

British Anthony Joshua (24-3, 22 KOs) is ready to return to the ring at the end of 2022. The boxer stressed that it does not matter to him who will be his next opponent.

“I am a fighter for life, my hunger never dies. I talked to Eddie [Хирном] and asked him if it was possible to go out in November, because momentum is important in boxing. Eddie said December.”

“If it’s about who will be my next opponent, everyone come. I’m not against any opponent.”

On August 20, Joshua lost a split decision to Ukrainian boxer, WBA/WBO/IBF/IBO heavyweight champion Alexander Usik in a rematch.

The first fight between Usyk and Joshua took place in the fall of 2021. Then the Ukrainian defeated the Briton by unanimous decision and became the WBA/WBO/IBF/IBO heavyweight champion for the first time.
