“I spent three days on a business trip with IBA President Umar Kremlev and to say I was in shock is like saying nothing. For me, that was probably one of the toughest tests in recent years.
Umar has no sleep schedule. He loves this job. It’s all about the fact that he’s constantly on the move and every time he meets a lot of people who energize him,” Beterbiev wrote.
