Usyka’s cutman on Fury’s offer to box Joshua: It’s verbal diarrhea

Tyson invited Anthony to enter the ring

Cutman of WBA/WBO/IBF/IBO world heavyweight champion Oleksandr Usyk Russ Amber commented on the proposal of the WBC heavyweight champion Tyson Fury (32-0-1, 23 KOs) to his compatriot Anthony Joshua (24-3, 22 KOs) on holding a face-to-face fight.

“I’ll tell you straight. Fury, who last had an easy win in April and wants to fight in December, 9 months later, is challenging Usyk and Joshua, who fought just three weeks ago. Everyone on earth, including Fury, knows that this is just verbal diarrhea!” wrote Amber on Twitter.

Recently, Fury reached out to Anthony Joshua twice via social media and offered him a face-to-face fight. Tyson also stressed that he was ready to provide a chance for Anthony to take possession of the WBC belt.

In turn, Joshua and Anthony’s promoter, Eddie Hearn, are waiting for more decisive action from Fury’s team. According to them, Anthony will be ready to fight in December.

On August 20, Joshua lost a split decision to Ukrainian boxer, WBA/WBO/IBF/IBO heavyweight champion Alexander Usik in a rematch.

Joshua is ready to return to the ring this year with any opponent. Briton promoter Eddie Hearn announced his readiness to arrange a fight for Anthony in November-December, and also expressed confidence in Joshua’s three or four fights in 2023.

Immediately after the victory in a rematch over Joshua Usyk called out WBC champion Tyson Fury to fight. In turn, the Gypsy King demands $500 million for a unification fight with Usyk.

Usyk’s promoter, Alexander Krasyuk, denied that the fight with Fury would be held on December 17 in Saudi Arabia. According to him, negotiations are ongoing. At the same time, the Ukrainian boxer said that there would be no fight with Tyson in 2022.

Tyson, after a convincing victory over Dillian Whyte in April, announced his retirement twice. At the same time, the Briton has not yet vacated the WBC championship belt.
