Athletistic/ MMA. American mixed martial artist Nate Diaz has spoken about his plans for the future after defeating compatriot Tony Ferguson.
“I only had one fight left in the UFC. And I got a worthy opponent. Everyone knows there was a love and hate relationship between me and the UFC all along. I’ve been here I’ve beaten everyone in salary, outdone everyone in survival, and I want to get out of the UFC for a while, gotta show all these UFC fighters how to handle charge another sport because Conor McGregor didn’t know how to do it and none of the other fighters know how to do it “I’m going to take another profession and become the best at it. I’ll show everyone, then I’ll come back here to get the UFC belt. The best title in the world,” Diaz said.
On Sept. 11 at UFC 279 in Las Vegas, Nate Diaz fought Tony Ferguson, who was Diaz’s last under UFC contract. Nate defeated his opponent by submission (guillotine) in the fifth round, with 21 professional mixed martial arts wins with 13 losses and 0 draws.
Under the auspices of the UFC, Diaz has been performing since 2007. As a promotion fighter, Nate has 16 wins and 11 losses.
