Deontay ready to fight Tyson again
Former World Heavyweight Champion Deontay Wilder reiterated his intention to meet for the fourth time with the holder of the WBC title Tyson Fury.
“Of course [готов к бою с Фьюри]. As long as we are both in boxing, this is inevitable, ”Wilder emphasized.
Wilder previously offered to fight WBA/WBO/IBF/IBO title holder Alexander Usyk. Deontay said that Fury’s team deliberately overestimated the fee for the duel with the Ukrainian.
Wilder met Fury three times. The first fight did not reveal a winner, in the second and third, Tyson won. In the last fight, both boxers were knocked down several times, but the decisive blow was left for the Briton.
Deontay plans to return to the ring on October 15th. The American will hold against the Finnish boxer Robert Helenius (34-3, 20 KOs).
