Haney: Usyk’s fight with Wilder is a cool confrontation

Both boxers have their advantages

Undisputed World Lightweight Champion Devin haney commented on a possible fight between the WBA/WBO/IBF/IBO heavyweight champion Oleksandr Usyk and former world champion Deontay Wilder.

“Usyk vs Wilder is a tough matchup. Deontay has a power that can change the course of a fight. But Usyk is an extraordinarily gifted boxer, ”Haney emphasized.

In his last fight for the WBA/WBO/IBF/IBO heavyweight title, Oleksandr Usyk defeated Anthony Joshua. Following the results of all twelve rounds, Alexander defeated Joshua by a split decision: 115-113, 116-112 and 113-115.

The Ukrainian said that his next opponent could be the ex-world champion Deontay Wilder. The fight could take place in the USA. In addition, Usyk plans to watch the fight between Wilder and Robert Helenius on October 8 in Brooklyn.
