Athletistic/ Boxing. Former UFC lightweight champion Khabib Nurmagomedov turned to Kazakh boxer Gennady Golovkin ahead of his fight against Mexican Saul Alvarez.
“Good luck, Gena. Do it for your fans,” Khabib wrote on social media.
The third fight between Alvarez and Golovkin will take place on the night of September 18 in Las Vegas (USA). At stake will be the title of absolute world champion of the second middleweight, which belongs to the 32-year-old Mexican.
In 2017, a draw was recorded in the first fight between the boxers. In 2018, Golovkin lost to Alvarez by decision.
