Athletistic/ Boxing. Double Olympic boxing champion Alexei Tishchenko shared his emotions after the fight between Saul Alvarez and Gennady Golovkin.
“I expected more activity from Gennady. Not to say that Golovkin missed a lot of shots. He hardly missed anything. But from him there were few combinations, few attacks , few punches thrown. I didn’t see in him a great desire to win in this fight, unfortunately,” Tishchenko said.
On the night of September 17-18, Saul Alvarez defeated Gennady Golovkin by unanimous decision. This fight was the third for Alvarez and Golovkin: the boxers’ first meeting on September 16, 2017 ended in a draw, in the second fight – September 15, 2018 – Alvarez celebrated the victory by majority decision of the judges .
