The Ukrainian world heavyweight champion shared his opinion about the possible fight between Joshua and Fury.
The owner of the WBA, WBO and IBF heavyweight titles, Oleksandr Usyk, shared his opinion about a possible fight between WBC champion Tyson Fury and Anthony Joshua.
According to the Ukrainian boxer, the “Gypsy King” is afraid of him, so he decided to fight Joshua.
“If they agree on a duel, then they will compete with each other. It’s just that everyone is waiting for the Usyk-Fury fight for the absolute. For many years it was not among the heavyweights. For me, despite how good Tyson Fury is and what they say about him, he is afraid of me.
I’m not rooting for any of them. I won’t even watch this fight. I do not want. I’m just kidding. I will even go and watch live how they make each other laugh. Let them box, I don’t mind them. Do you know what I’m thinking? I want to see children – boys, my son. Hugs, torture – I think about it,” Usyk said in an interview on the YouTube channel USYK17.
We remind, earlier the team of Tyson Fury said when to expect a battle between the Briton and the Ukrainian for the title of absolute champion of the world.
