Russian lightweight Vyacheslav Gusev defeated Tanzanian Issa Nampepeche in a boxing night in Prokopievsk (Kemerovo region).
The 36-year-old won by knockout. The fight was stopped in the first minute of the fifth round.
Gusev took the 26th win with eight losses. Nampepeche suffered the 14th defeat of his career.
In the evening’s co-main event, 22-year-old undefeated Russian welterweight Vitaly Petryakov extended his winning streak to 14 fights, beating Nicaragua’s Roberto Arriaza by technical knockout in the 6th round.
In another main card fight, Russian middleweight second division boxer Artysh Lopsan knocked out Namibian Anthony Germaine in the 3rd round.
