Tanguy spent his last season on loan in Galatasaray, where he was not a first-team player
Tottenham officially announced the termination of the contract with the midfielder Tanguy Ndombele. The club’s deal with the football player was concluded by mutual consent and will come into force on June 30.
The 27-year-old joined the London club in 2019. Spurs paid Lyon 62 million euros for him. Over the entire period, the Frenchman played 91 matches and scored ten goals. Regularly rented out: the same Lyon (January – June 2022), Napoli (2022/23) and Galatasaray (2023/24).
Last season, Ndombele played 26 matches for the Turkish club and scored one assist. Was not a main team player.
Tanguy played 7 matches for the French national team (2018 – 2021). For more than three years he had not been called to Le Bleu’s location.
Galatasaray became the champion of Turkey, gaining 102 points in 38 rounds. Tottenham finished in fifth place in the Premier League, losing the fight for the Champions League zone to Aston Villa.
