DISCIPLINARY MEASURES
Sports referee,
Considering that on the occasion of the recovery match of the fifth first day of the Championship, NOVARA Company fans violated the regulations specified in the articles. 25 and 26 GHS:
– introduce into the sports facility and use exclusively on its site various types of pyrotechnic materials (firecrackers, smoke bombs and flares);
taking into account that the circumstances set out in the article collectively apply to the above-mentioned Company. 29, paragraph 1, letter. a), b) and d) GHS,
PERMISSION
without prejudice to the measures set out below, take no disciplinary action against the Company mentioned in the introduction in relation to the conduct of their supporters as described above.
