Hamilton is incredibly motivating for the team, he works very hard and gives great feedback. He is still as motivated as possible – nothing has changed this year. He is with us from morning to night, he wants to get the most out of the car and motivates everyone around him. Everyone in the team is impressed by his attitude to work.
Lewis actively works with engineers. They expect this approach from him, Hamilton is the leader of the team – that’s what we need in this difficult winter.
