Lewis Hamilton has many different hobbies and the seven-time world champion often talks about them with fans on his social media pages.
This is music and interest in the world of haute couture and skydiving, and now rock climbing has been added to this list.
Lewis is in no rush to return to Europe, where the Spanish Grand Prix will be held next weekend, and remains so far in the United States, where he manages to combine business with pleasure.
He shared several photos taken at one of the US climbing walls and captioned them: “I love to climb, and now I’m learning how to do it correctly, and it’s through repetitions that I build strength. But at some point, drenched in sweat, he finally lost his strength – he no longer held his hands, however, this was after an hour of training.
Indeed, it is believed that during rock climbing almost all muscles in the complex are strengthened, and this is also a very good cardio load. If the Mercedes car leaves much to be desired this season so far, Hamilton will try to outdo his rivals at least in terms of physical fitness, and this will still serve him well.
