Athletistic/ Formula 1. The organizers of the Mexican Grand Prix have signed a new contract with the management of Formula 1, according to the press service of the championship.

The new deal is for three years and will expire at the end of the 2025 season.

“I am very happy to announce that Formula 1 will continue to come to Mexico City for another three years under the new agreement. Every year this race attracts a large number of passionate fans, and the atmosphere here is simply amazing,” said Formula 1 CEO Stefano Domenicali.

The Mexican Grand Prix returned to the championship schedule in 2015. In 2020 the stage was canceled due to the coronavirus pandemic, but returned to the schedule in the 2021 season.
