Mercedes team driver Lewis Hamilton commented on the results of the Mexican Grand Prix. The Briton came second.
“I’ve been booed all day, but nonetheless, I really love Mexico and the people here – and what a great race they put on this weekend.
Red Bull was clearly too fast today and ended up having the best tire strategy. I’m not sure we made the right tire choice. Congratulations Max. It’s great to share two Red Bull drivers in the final top three,” said Hamilton.
Max Verstappen (Red Bull) won the race. Earlier, he became the champion of the season ahead of schedule.
