Athletistic/ Formula 1. Former Formula 1 driver Christian Albers has shared his thoughts on the fight between Formula 1 Ferrari 2022 season leaders Charles Leclerc and Red Bull’s Max Verstappen.
“Along with Verstappen, Lando Norris and George Russell, Leclerc represents a very talented generation. However, now he is not at Max’s level, Verstappen has fewer mistakes and Verstappen. Max is just perfect so far,” Albers said.
After five Grands Prix during the 2022 season, Monegasque Charles Leclerc leads the drivers’ standings with 104 points. Dutchman Max Verstappen is in 2nd place with 85 points. On the 3rd row is the Mexican driver of the “Red Bull” team Sergio Perez.
