French Esteban Ocon d’Alpin set the fastest time in the second free practice session of the Brazilian Grand Prix.
The athlete completed his fastest lap in 1 minute 14.604 seconds, ahead of Sergio Perez to Red Bull (+0.184) and george russell on Mercedes (+0.312).
Fernando Alonso took fourth place in protocol and Max Verstappen, who won the league title earlier than expected, finished fifth.
Note that Okon’s time was almost three seconds behind that of Sergio Perez in 1:11.853, with whom he won Friday’s first practice session.
Later on Saturday, the Interlagos track will host a sprint race.
