“We are extremely disappointed with the result of today’s sprint, which put us at a disadvantage going into the main race.
We are in a very intense and competitive fight for fourth place in the constructors’ championship. The goal for which more than a thousand employees work tirelessly and strive to achieve it.
Frankly, Esteban and Fernando should work better to help the whole team, to avoid incidents on the track and to compromise the performance of the team.
Both riders dropped the team today. I expect more from them tomorrow, we have to do our best to score some points” said Safnauer.
