In March next year, Formula 1 will open its first official exhibition in the Spanish capital, which will take place at the IFEMA Madrid complex until mid-July 2023.
The unique interactive exhibition is entirely dedicated to Formula 1, the history of the championship, its teams, legendary racers and other famous personalities of the motorsport world; several exhibits will be presented, some of which will be on public display for the first time.
As a partner and producer, Formula 1 chose the American company Round Room Live, one of the world leaders in the exhibition business. The exhibition takes place in six specially designed rooms that have been decorated by the best designers and artists. The 90-minute tour is expected to immerse visitors in the world of Formula 1 using state-of-the-art audiovisual technology, making for an unforgettable experience.
Stefano Domenicali, President and CEO of Formula 1: “The opening of this impressive exhibition will be an important moment in the history of our sport. Its development continues at a rapid pace and it is important to us that the fans are always as informed as possible about what we are doing.
The opening of such a world-class exhibition will allow more fans from around the world to fall in love with Formula 1, and for us it will be the perfect platform to pay tribute to the championship’s incredible history.
I want to thank everyone who contributed to this project and helped create an exhibition that will reflect the heart and soul of our beloved sport.”
The official website of the F1 exhibition has already been launched and it is possible to pre-order tickets, which will go on sale at the end of November.
