Valtteri Bottas drives the track at Albert Park

On Saturday, the following text appeared on the official pages of the Australian Grand Prix on social networks: “Well, well! Look who’s riding in Albert Park today: welcome to Australia, Valtteri Bottas!”

Important detail: The Finnish Alfa Romeo racer and his girlfriend, Tiffany Cromwell, rode their bikes around the Melbourne circuit. Now it is summer in Australia, the sun is shining, during the day the air temperature is above 20 degrees, so combine business with pleasure.

On the one hand, Valtteri has long been fond of cycling, and his girlfriend is generally a professional cyclist, and they train regularly, on the other hand, they are back on the track, on which exactly four months later he will have to start the Grand Australian Prix – it’s always great.

It looks like Bottas could become one of the most popular drivers in Formula 1 in the off-season as he continues to do a good job of capturing the fans’ attention. More recently, with a stick in his hands, he famously cut through the ice on the hockey rink in his hometown of Nastola, and now he flew to Australia on vacation and first of all went … to the hairdresser.

By the end of the season, Valtteri grew a little overgrown, grew his hair longer than usual and flew to Melbourne in this form. And then he posted on social networks a short funny video, filmed in one of the local barbershops, where he gets the mullet haircut, popular in the 80s, the fashion of which returned to Australia a year ago.

According to Bottas, it was only after changing the style that he felt that he began to correspond to the atmosphere of the Australian summer.
