Athletistic/ Formula 1. The F1 Commission is planning to change a rule clause allowing drivers to receive full points if a race ends under a green flag, according to RacingNews365.

Recall that a curious situation occurred at the 2022 Japanese Grand Prix, due to which, after the end of the race, almost everyone believed that Max Verstappen would not have enough one point to win the title earlier than expected – Verstappen was expected to receive not 25, but 19 points as the race did not pass the 75% distance mark.

Ahead of the 2023 season, the controversial rule clause is set to be removed and drivers will receive partial points if they fail to complete 75% of the race distance.
