We have already given the amount of entry fees that Formula 1 teams must pay to the FIA in order to start in 2023. However, contributions are paid not only by teams, but also by drivers – for a super license.
According to Racingnews365, the base price of a Formula 1 super license for the 2023 season is €10,400. In addition, the driver must pay 2,100 euros for every point earned in 2022. For example, Max Verstappen, who earned 454 points last season, will cost the super license for next season an impressive amount of 963,800 euros.
In total, all drivers will pay the FIA 4,957,800 euros for the right to participate in the 2023 season.
